As a policyholder, you have the right to choose your repair shop. If your vehicle needs repair, you may consider using one of our many 18HÂþ» Repair Network facilities. These facilities provide quality service, and the shop will guarantee the work for as long as you own your vehicle.
For policyholders who have elected to participate in the Repair Satisfaction Vehicle Program (RSVP), all “RSVP shops†are part of the 18HÂþ» Repair Network program.
If you have not already, please report your claim so that we can get to work as quickly as possible and get you back on the road. If you have already filed your claim and have an estimate provided by 18HÂþ», please be aware that 18HÂþ» must approve your claim before payment of the estimate is authorized and before choosing g a 18HÂþ» Repair Network facility.
